Payment Security: Flint River Precision utilizes full 128bit SSL encryption for it's shopping cart system. The entire online store operates in HTTPS fully encrypted secure mode (lock icon will show in top right of browser window on every page).

Checkout: Your Credit Card will not be charged until your product is ready to ship, verification and temporary authorization is done during checkout. This allows us to then charge you the correct shipping rate when we ship your order out. Shipping rates are not quoted or included at time of checkout, we will confirm your preferred shipment mode with you just prior to shipment.

Shipping: All USA shipping is via UPS (United Parcel Service) according to item weight, type, size and service level.

International Buyers - Please Note: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing as we do not accept returns for refund due to charges being refused on delivery.

Please Note: If merchandise appears to be damaged in shipment, contact Flint River Precision immediately to file a damage claim, and/or discuss replacement options. Do not ship anything back without contacting Flint River Precision first to let us know what happened. Do not discard original packaging until inspection is completed by the carrier.
