About Us

Flint River Precision was created from a passion for exceptionally accurate hunting rifles that are functional pieces of art. Founders Kristin and Bobby Keigans are a husband-and-wife team of outdoor enthusiasts. Bobby is an accomplished PRS competitive shooter, lifelong hunter, and conservationist, starting his full-time professional gunsmithing career in 2008. His background in CNC machining led to research and development consulting jobs with many major firearms manufacturers. 

Kris got into long range competition shooting to hone her skills behind the rifle and enjoys shooting PRS matches with her husband. Both are avid hunters and have experience with hunting big game on their home range in the South Georgia agricultural environment, all the way to plains game of the Kalahari Desert of South Africa. They understand what it takes to create a suitable rifle platform for all conditions and all matters of wild game.

Both are skilled reloaders and understand how to squeeze every drop of accuracy out of the rifle platforms they produce.
